Refund policy
This policy covers the CMMC Level 1 Policy Kit sold by Foundation Consultant Group, LLC.
Thirty days, any reason
If you want your money back within 30 days of purchase, email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or forward your Stripe receipt. Say refund. You do not have to say why.
What happens next
We refund the full price to your original payment method through Stripe, which usually posts it within 5 to 10 business days. Emailing us is faster than a card dispute, and it gets you the same result.
After a refund
The refund unwinds the purchase, so your license to use the templates ends with it. Delete your copies.
