Terms of sale
These terms govern purchases of the CMMC Level 1 Policy Kit from this site. The seller is Foundation Consultant Group, LLC, called we on this page.
What you are buying
A downloadable zip of editable Word document templates and a Start Here guide. The kit page's contents list is the authoritative description of what the zip holds at the time you buy.
Price, payment and delivery
The price is the one shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. We never see your card number, and Stripe sends the receipt. Your download link is on the confirmation page and in the email we send you, and it works for 12 months; the files are yours to keep after that. If a download or receipt problem comes up, email [email protected] and we will make it right.
Your license
Your purchase licenses one company, yours, to use, edit and adopt the templates internally. It does not allow reselling or redistributing the templates, publishing them, or using them to deliver services to other companies.
What the kit is and is not
The kit is education and templates. It does not make your company compliant, and it is not legal advice. Your company's annual CMMC Level 1 self-assessment and the affirmation filed in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) are your company's own statements to the government, and you are responsible for implementing the practices your adopted policies describe.
Refunds
Our refund policy covers this: 30 days, any reason, by email.
No warranty
The kit is provided as is. We do not warrant that using it produces any particular self-assessment score, assessment outcome or contract award.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for anything arising from the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Updates
The CMMC rules move, and the templates carry version dates. Your purchase includes updates we release for 12 months, sent to your checkout email. The terms in force when you buy govern that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute arising from a purchase is resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
